The doctor informed them that Julian was out of any danger, apparently the stab wound was shallow. The doctor also said it was okay to see him, but gave instructions that only two people at a time could do so.
"Are you sure you won't see him now?" Susan asked.
Brooke nodded, "He's your family, I can wait till later." She said, although a part of her wanted to see Julian and apologize for what Cassie did to him.
She waved politely as Kayden and Susan went into his hospital room. On cue, the elevator on that floor open, and out of it came the driver that Thane had sent to follow her.
"Here, you forgot this back at the mansion." He said, handing Brooke her phone and purse. "And here, you can change into this." He passed her newly purchased clothes.
"Thank you." She said, then turned her phone on, a part of her hoping to see several missed calls from her husband.
