Ravees didn't know much about different religions, but almost all of them spoke of heaven and hell. Even cults or pseudo-religions carried some version of that idea, each with their own rules deciding who goes where.
And while not every belief system treated it the same, most considered cheating on a spouse a sin worthy of punishment—something that could land you in hell. So why did people still do it? Ravees had asked herself that many times. Some had reasons—abusive partners or broken marriages—but what about those who were already in happy ones?
Like Ravees herself—what had led her to this? A simple answer she wasn't ready to admit: the carnal pleasure. So she had committed two sins—the sin of lust and, well, betrayal. She felt guilty doing it, yes… but did she want to stop?
