Michael's POV
The next day arrived sooner than I had hoped for it.
Currently, Alex and I are sitting in the pack meeting room with the luna and her son. There is a glaring match going on between the three of them.
"Let's talk, shall we?" I decided to speak first because the glaring was heating the atmosphere, and I don't want that. I want to have a peaceful talk.
"About what? You wanting to take my pack after you stole my alpha?!" the luna glared at me. I don't even remember her name, if I'm being honest.
"I didn't steal your mate, he captured me. There's a difference. Also, I want nothing to do with your pack. I called you here because I wanted to tell you this."
"You could have just called us on the phone and said," her son said. When did they even have a child? But then again, I didn't get out of my room much, and I heard a rumor of the luna being pregnant, but I am not sure.
"Because I thought it would be civil if I called you here. If I came there, then I wouldn't be able to leave without killing a few people, and I didn't want that."
"It's good that we are on the same page," the luna smiled at me, "But" she said and here comes my problem "Our pack members don't seem to think that. They want you"
"I don't want them! How many times do I have to explain that?! There is a reason I ran far away from the pack! I don't want to go back to your hellish pack, I don't even want to breath the same air as them or you but I am out of options, right now" I was losing my temper with people wanting me back like they treated me nice after the whore of an alpha mated with me.
Alex, who was standing behind me, kept his hand on my shoulder in an attempt to calm me down, but he should know that it needs more than this to calm me down. A simple touch on my shoulder isn't enough for even my wolf to spare a glance at him. That's why I didn't bother to show him that his attempt to distract me or calm me down was unsuccessful.
"We don't want you back either," her son said.
"Then why don't you pass that message along to your pack members because if you don't then it will be my pack that will pass the message in the worse way possible" I looked at the luna "You of all people should know how good I am with my temper" I smiled when I saw a hint of realization in her eyes. She remembers me.
"We tried. We tried to explain to them that you ran away because you didn't want to stay at the pack, but none of them listened to us."
"It would be better if you came and told them," the son said. We looked at him as if he were stupid, and I think he was because his words were stupid just now.
"Why did I give birth to a dumb shit like you?!" the luna scoffed. I have to agree with her. Why?
"What did I say? He can tell-"
"You little dumb idiot," Alex spoke up. These were his first words today "He can't come because if he does, then your pack will go haywire. They will try to convince him to stay, and according to his temper, you will lose more than one pack member. Also, none of us trust your pack members to do anything to him after they kept their mouths shut for everything he has been through! For-"
"Alex, that's enough," I said, giving him a side glance. He is smart because he got the clue that he shouldn't speak anymore.
"So, you will not be coming to our pack? To convince our pack members?" his mother is way smarter than him.
"No, you idiot."
"I have a plan," the luna said.
"I am listening."
