When Bai Xiaofan woke up again, he found himself outside the cave. Salca was guarding by his side like the most loyal companion!
"How did I end up here?"
Bai Xiaofan looked at the joyfully smiling Salca beside him and softly asked, his face showing no hint of surprise!
"I don't know either. I waited for you in the cave for months without seeing you come out. When I was about to go out to find some wild animals to satiate my hunger, I found you lying here!"
Salca shook his head, unsure how to answer!
This puzzled Salca as well. He remembered Bai Xiaofan was clearly inside the stone cave, so how could he suddenly appear outside?
Could there be another exit in the stone cave?
"Wait, you said you waited for me in the stone cave for months. How long has it been since we entered the stone cave?"
Bai Xiaofan suddenly interrupted Salca's thoughts, his expression changing for the first time!
"A year, exactly one year to this day!"
A year?
Bai Xiaofan felt momentarily bewildered!
