After she spoke her name, a few things happened…
The sky cracked as if it were made of glass, and then it shattered into a magical dust, raining down magical particles until they disappeared from sight. Leaving the area dark against the partially cloudy sky.
Nigun's blood ran cold, or was it always cold and he just never knew of it… He could no longer tell. All he could do was murmur indescribable words of abject terror all the while he curled up into a ball on the ground, rocking around, holding his head in sheer agony…
The men who'd still been standing with him, watched the sight play out before their eyes, for they had less knowledge of the world than he did… Knowledge only given to those in positions that had a need to know basis… So when they saw their leader freaking out, not even bothering to use the power of their gods to fight this interloper, they had… mixed reactions, however, it was utter chaos, born of their own fear.
The vice commander, a man with far more stones, and a stiffer spine than the commander, took over. Running over to grab the sealing crystal he knew was hiding in Nigun's robe. He took possession of it, and then started to command the area.
"We are the Sunlight Scripture! Steel yourselves, and summon a round of angels, attack with your spells! The gods have not abandoned us, let us not abandon them!"
His orders were clear, loud, and powerful… The men who managed to think clearly, and or snap out of their confusion, began to follow them. However, this only elicited a slow clap from the half naked elven woman.
"Wow, you're quite a bit better than your captain. However, you're wrong about everything you said just now, young man."
The matter of factly tone chilled the vice-captain's spine. She's too calm, way too calm.
"Shut up woman! When we're through with you, my men and I will tie you down, and violate every orifice you have." He boldly declared. "But since you're so confident, what do you think I'm wrong about, exactly?"
"Everything." She replied, cold, and deadly serious. "For example, you claim the gods have not abandoned you, yet they are most certainly dead. If not by my own hand, then by old age. Either way they are no longer alive, that is something I can guarantee. That is save for a single one." She explained.
"LIES! The six Great Gods are still alive! Their spirit will always live on!"
"Second, you claim all six of Your Gods, however, one of those gods you speak of, was my wife of just under 100 years, and now my husband of nearly 200 years. I have borne children with them while we share the same husband. And then once she was reborn as a man, I bore his children. So you have been abandoned by all of your gods, in at least one way or another. And you have abandoned one of your gods as well, by daring to raise a hand against their wife, the mother of their children."
"LIES! HOW DARE YOU SLANDER OUR GODS! I WILL NOT BE TEMPTED BY THE WORDS OF A NAKED DEMONESS!"
Touch Me, and Momonga started chuckling, Gazef, who'd also been brought along for the sight also let out a couple of chuckles. Night Silver sighed.
"See what I've had to deal with these last 500ish years, damn idiots can't even understand the truth. They even dare to confuse elves with demons."
"Goddess Night Silver, if I may, would you allow me to apprehend this idiot?"
"No, I don't fancy the idea of having to reward you later, since you're the type of man who wouldn't like it."
"HOW DARE YOU IGNORE ME!"
The Sunlight Scripture's vice-captain grew furious. He held up the sealing crystal and shouted out! All the while activating the item.
"YOU WON'T IGNORE ME ANY LONGER! BEHOLD! TRUE DIVINE POWER! A PRODUCT OF THE 7TH TIER! DOMINION AUTHORITY!!!"
The sealing crystal began to shatter, and of course the angel appeared, in all of its magnificence. However, it still seemed to pale in comparison to the half naked beauty of a goddess standing in opposition to it.
"ATTACK!"
Once the order was given, the angel tried attacking, but it was too slow, far too slow. For, a real goddess was right there, and she demonstrated the sheer power she could command, and all in an instant. A single, easy instant.
A powerful stream of lava appeared, consuming the whole of the angel, and permanently changing the landscape of the current… Uh, what do you call a battlefield that's so one sided? Punishment zone, perhaps?
It was that moment which broke the wills of the remaining men, completely, totally, and utterly… There was no longer any faith left in them… Not one ounce. Nor morsel… Some men died from the sheer hopelessness they just bore witness too. And one in particular, Nigun, who'd gained a modicum of hope after seeing the Dominion Authority summoned, he knew what spell that was…
"Tenth… Tier…"
After the total shift in the air, the Slane Theocracy's men were captured, bound in chains… It was a complete, and total victory.
…
Around the same time, 6 elders, all with respectable backgrounds, and abilities to back up their records, sat around a table… Each of them was sweating profusely, one patted his brow… Another interlocked his fingers, and supported his head against them with elbows on the table… Another was panicking at the sight they just saw… Another cursed under his breath… Another blushed from the sight of such a perfect figure as well… And the last, a woman looked up to the ceiling.
"That was an utter failure."
"She's returned to haunt us once again. That demoness."
"Do you think she's gained word of what we've started doing with the elves?"
"She doesn't need word, she can sense that kind of treatment without any information about it."
"I'm jealous of her, how is she so old, and still has such a perfect bosom! It's not fair."
"Let's try to focus on our next actions for now. We should prepare countermeasures for the inevitable pushback we are about to receive."
"What do you mean?"
"Simple… Re-Estize now has no reason to not know we were behind the murder of their civilians. And, worse yet… There is still the matter of the Holy Kingdom who worship that elf. Remember what the historical texts conveyed to us about them?"
"Yeah, the last Holy War saw us losing all of our land nearby the sea, we can no longer surround the elven nation. This will not be easy…"
"No, no it will not…"
