After the sudden change with the Abelion region of the continent, Niota's deployment to the region was basically a guarantee the situation would be resolved, and so Tus Nadair moved to have minimal monitoring of the situation.
…
Off to the east, in the more central part of the continent, the other summoned Demon Gods were advancing westward at an alarming pace. However, with the aid of a limited number of Nadairian forces, and the watchful eye of a powerful Dragon Lord, the fallen nations had gathered together, united under their new banner. One that represented their pride as a people, and formed a coalition known as Baharuth.
Together, they were able to repel the Demon God's forces, and with some extreme effort, Geamhra managed to claim the life of a Demon God. Going through the full paces of reviving, and killing them over and over again. At the end of it all, she had decided against killing them directly. New blood for that chamber would definitely aid in the production of those items. I'll keep this bastard alive for now. They're so weak now that most Nadairian children could kill the so-called Demon God.
"Winter Dragon Lord, Geamhra! We have reports of another major force making their way here."
"Hmm, Seems Mother was right. This won't end so easily. Ideally I'd get some rest before fighting another one of these crazy bastards. But, oh well."
"No, there isn't a need for you to take any action, my Lady. The forces are paltry enough that the united Baharuth forces are sufficient to take care of it."
"In that case, perhaps we should withdraw?" Geamhra was already home sick, and not afraid to show it, but… "No, not yet, I refuse to be like that idiot uncle of mine. Let us remain here for the time being to continue the reinforcement. Provide their soldiers with the required healing, and perform some joint operations. But don't go overboard, they still need to be reminded that they are still weak."
"As you wish my Lady, it's good to ensure they don't get any stupid ideas."
"Mother would personally take care of it if she heard such a thing."
"Is there anything else you'd like for us to begin?"
"Perhaps it'll be a good idea to spread the rumor of the nations forming a united front to face off against the remaining Demon Gods. And perhaps doing it through an organization unbounded by the borders of nations, The Adventurers Guild."
"It will be done. Quickly, and without fail."
…
In the south, the elven nation, the two Dragon Lords sent by Tus Nadair quickly arrived, and made short work of the Demon Gods threatening the elves. They were able to capture each of them after several repeated deaths and resurrections. A method that seemed to be instinctual for the Dragon Lords, ones born from Night Silver, or Undine's loins. The idea of an inventory farm was simply too delectable to pass up. Hence ignoring the obviously "evil" nature of such actions.
"That wasn't too hard, was it, sister?"
"Not at all brother. Though it would be nice to take out another one of these garbage attackers."
The elven Queen stepped forward. "Honorable Dragon Lords, born of our beloved, and most cherished Goddess, Mother Night Silver. There is another Demon God, but it is attacking people in the Slane Theocracy, and hasn't yet crossed our border."
"That's good, and bad. Those idiots still haven't bothered to request aid from us. I'm hesitant to help them."
"Same here, that nation has constantly been nipping at Tus Nadair ever since Mother helped found it. Do they really deserve our help?"
"I understand, but if we take a look at the map, and the reported distance to large population centers. The Demon God will likely come towards us before going to the Slane Theocracy's major centers, we're simply closer. And so while the threat has yet to cross our borders, it is still very much a threat. And to make matters worse, the Theocracy has evacuated their people from their far out regions, it's like they want to guide the Demon God towards us anyway."
"Should we just destroy the Slane Theocracy as well? They've proven themselves to be horrible partners, driven to insanity by their racism."
"Brother, you know that Mother wouldn't be happy if we did something like that without making massive preparations first. And it would likely require the whole of the continent to become Tus Nadair. Something like that is just overly tedious."
"Though I have no right to affirm or deny your honorable's words, I have to agree with Lady Dragon Lord. The continent would have to fall under Nadairian rule if the Theocracy fell to you. My elven nation is already basically Nadairian as it is, and several of the remaining nations already have nearly unbreakable ties to Tus Nadair, especially after this incident."
"Ugh, fine, it would go against Mother's wishes anyways. And I'm not prepared for the punishment I'd receive if I caused problems for her plan… We'll still go take that Demon God down either way. Better than having it remaining a threat for long."
"Say, that reminds me, Miss elf queen, you've prepared your people for the upcoming plan, correct? Do you need any workers to lend a hand?"
"We're on track to be ready for the plan to begin at the designated time. Though I'd be lying if I said it wasn't a tight schedule, so a couple divisions of construction workers would go a long way."
"You'll have them arrive via portal soon then. We've had some people just lazing around for a bit. Give them some work so they don't go insane."
…
Soon after the pair of Dragon Lords captured their third demon god, and wiped out their forces. Around the same time, the Baharuth alliance became the Baharuth Empire after they successfully managed to repel, and defeat the second Demon God afflicting their lands.
In another section of the continent, a bunch of smaller nations with rather tiny populations, saw the world's hellish scene via reports. One nation called for a summit of all their nearby neighbors, the result of this summit was the creation of the Re-Estize Kingdom. They now had the means to oppose the other large powers forming nearby, and the time needed to resist the demon gods in the event they'd need to.
