As soon as Jaxon and Orion stepped into the grand hallways of the Montclair estate, the air between them grew charged. The soft glow of flickering sconces illuminated the polished floors, but Jaxon's focus never wavered.
His gaze was locked onto Orion, who was still draped in the stunning ceremonial robe that shimmered as Orion moved, his tousled hair and faintly flushed cheeks making him look even more captivating.
Jaxon could barely cared that a few servants was still lingering around the corners. His patience, already strained through the endless ceremony, was now entirely gone.
