The assistant screamed in surprise and lunged forward, trying to pull the syringe away.
But Liu Chen's hands were faster, slightly blocking the assistant, and he had already injected all the liquid into the researcher's body.
Seeing the Paradise Water finished, Liu Chen tossed the empty syringe aside and mocked, "How does it feel? Ever thought you'd be injected with such an incomplete drug, huh?"
The researcher stared at the ceiling, the panic in his eyes long gone, replaced by the previous fervor.
"I have a hunch, this is the completed version. Indeed, I was right, the Paradise Water was developed by me."
The assistant was shocked upon hearing this. Liu Chen was somewhat displeased; this thing being developed had nothing to do with him, yet this situation made it seem like he was some sort of villain.
Is this guy a lunatic? Maybe he doesn't care about becoming mentally ill, or perhaps he was a nutcase all along.
