Shen Yueru didn't want to hear Ye Qiu talk about Xiao Mei right now; she just wanted to hear him talk about Xingyue Group and Qingcheng Group.
Following Ye Qiu's earlier suggestion, the newly recruited and retained fashion designers have already been sent in groups to London, Milan, Paris, and New York for training lasting about six months. Each person is provided with at least half a million in training and living expenses.
Of course, during this period, their salaries remain the same. If they win any major awards during their training, their salaries could be further increased.
Essentially, the money saved by dismissing most of the original designers is now being used to cultivate this new batch of designers.
And naturally, if any of these designers resign or jump ship after completing their training, they are required to compensate Xingyue Group for the training costs at double or even higher rates.
