Lin Tianlong watched as Wu Tian ignored him. Displeased, but unable to ascertain Wu Tian's identity at the moment, he could only huff and walk away.
In the valley, a long table was laden with all sorts of delicacies, arranged like a banquet.
Lin Tianlong drank his wine sullenly.
"Young Master Lin, what's the matter?" a few smartly dressed young men asked as they walked over.
"I ran into a guy with a big ego," Lin Tianlong said.
He didn't consider himself egotistical for getting sulky over being ignored. Instead, he decided Wu Tian, the one who ignored him, was the one with the ego.
"Oh? Who was it?"
"Who dares to provoke our Young Master Lin?"
Birds of a feather flock together. These young men were idle heirs from wealthy families. They didn't need to work and often gathered to drink and chase women.
Lin Tianlong pointed in Wu Tian's direction. "It's him."
"His clothes don't look very impressive."
"Could he be a wolf in sheep's clothing? Maybe the son of some tycoon?"
