While Lin Kuang was lost in thought, Liu Shilin and the Witch had already led him into the Xiangya Club.
Liu Shilin paused on the first floor for a moment before leading the Witch and Lin Kuang up to the second.
The first floor was for Silver Card members, the second for Gold Card members, and the third for Diamond members. As for the fourth floor, it seemed to be perennially empty.
On her own, Liu Shilin would only qualify for a Silver Card. However, thanks to her connection with Lin Guo'er, she had managed to get a Gold Card.
Upon reaching the second floor, Liu Shilin led the Witch and Lin Kuang into a private room called the Peony Pavilion.
"Let's just sit here and wait. Guo'er hasn't arrived yet," Liu Shilin said with some exasperation, glancing at the Patek Philippe on her wrist. "That girl is always late."
"Hehe, it's fine. It's not the first or second time Guo'er's been late," the Witch said with a cheerful smile. "Now, let me think about what I want to eat today."
