The gestures of the spear giant suddenly made Ye Qing suspect that the back-view statue and the Devouring Demon Flower might truly have some connection with each other.
What is the Devouring Demon Flower? It is a divine object that grows from the Great Demon King Coffin in the Demon Hiding Cave in Mount Beimang. It is said to contain the power of the Great Demon King, which grants it such remarkable resilience and powerful healing abilities. In essence, the Devouring Demon Flower represents the Great Demon King.
Didn't Ancestor Chen Tuan say before? The Giant Demon Clan is the root of the Demon Sect, with the Great Demon King as its master. It's natural for the Giant Demon Clan to worship the Great Demon King. Just as when Ye Qing previously presented the Devouring Demon Flower, the members of the Giant Demon Clan immediately worshiped him—this is perhaps the reason. The Giant Demon Clan should possess an innate reverence for the Great Demon King, right?
