Seeing the situation of the female giant and the baby, the giant held by Ye Qing immediately roared as if he was about to go mad. If not for the power of the Taoist Sovereign in Ye Qing's right arm forcibly restraining him, this giant would have surely broken free by now.
Although Ye Qing pressed the Scabbard of the Ancestor of Miao Dao against his neck, the giant seemed indifferent to life or death at this moment. He stared at the female giant and the baby intently, continually calling out. The scene gave Ye Qing a peculiar feeling; this female giant and the baby might be the closest kin to the giant, possibly even his wife and child!
The surrounding giants gathered around, but witnessing the baby's condition, they all seemed helpless. Evidently, the baby's health was extremely frail. Falling like this inflicted injuries too severe to recover from, and by all appearances, the baby was facing a dire situation seemingly inescapable this time.
