Baldy spoke with a face full of anger, pounding the table loudly. Diners at other tables turned their gaze to see what was happening. The owner did the same, his face clouding over at the commotion.
He was worried about such anger turning into a fight that could ruin his shop; it had just been fixed recently. If it were damaged again, he'd be heartbroken.
Yet, seeing Baldy and his group, he dare not say a word, only standing nearby, watching with a troubled expression, hoping a fight wouldn't break out.
Baldy sat there, his eyes glaring at the news. They truly were forgetting past pains; having just escaped from those guys, now they were thinking of heading back to fight. It was reckless beyond belief; how could he not be angry?
But at the same time, he understood very clearly that this anger shown by the brothers was all because of him. Seeing him injured was why they were clamoring to go back for revenge.
