After Hao Jian gestured to Brother Spice Ginger and the others, a waiter from inside the restaurant immediately freed up and ran over to Hao Jian and Lin Qingxue, guiding them to a two-person table by the window.
"Order whatever you want to eat!"
Taking the menu handed over by the waiter, Hao Jian looked at Lin Qingxue and said with a smile.
"Okay, sure!"
Lin Qingxue didn't stand on ceremony and immediately ordered a few dishes she liked, but as soon as she did, she suddenly paused—wasn't she the one treating today? How come she ended up ordering herself?
Right then, Lin Qingxue quietly glanced at Hao Jian, wanting to mention it to him, but Hao Jian just kept ordering food on his own, not responding to her gaze, and she wasn't sure if it was intentional or not.
