Luffy's eyes flickered faintly, the way they always did when he pulled up his system panel. To the others, he looked like he was staring blankly into the air, but in his mind, the words gleamed with golden brilliance.

He quickly checked the two new abilities that he had gained through his leveling up.

[Sovereign's Domain – Grants the ability to oversee every inch of your claimed territories. From the farthest coastlines to hidden corners of forests, every threat, every ally, every disturbance is laid bare before you. Communication within your dominion flows directly to your mind, a private channel that no spy or eavesdropper can ever hope to touch. With a single thought, you can guide your people, relay commands, or offer reassurance, no matter where you stood in the world.]

[Instant Teleportation – Allows instant movement between your territories at will. Any citizen, soldier, or ally bound under your banner can be relocated across the lands in an instant. With even greater power, the ability links directly to your crew... no matter where they are, whether lost at sea or trapped in enemy lands, you can summon them to your side or appear before them yourself. Distance, barriers, oceans, and even hostile seas no longer mattered. As long as your will demanded it, you could be there.]

Luffy's grin stretched wider and wider the more he read. His heartbeat quickened, the faint crackle of electricity running along his arms from the sheer excitement.

"Heh… this is insane," He whispered under his breath. His thoughts spiraled with possibilities. Woah... these abilities are insane. Doesn't it mean I can travel to the place that I claimed a territory anytime I want. And I can bring my crew to me in an instant, doesn't mean that I can summon Ann and others to me. This… this is true freedom.'

His grin turned into a feral laugh that slipped from his lips, catching Kujaku's attention.

She had barely done anything in the chaos as Zoro and Luffy had hogged the battlefield as usual, and the others had taken Orochi down like professionals. Now, stepping out into the ruined square, she noticed Luffy standing oddly still, eyes fixed on nothing, his lips twitching like he was holding back laughter.

Kujaku raised a brow, curiosity burning inside her.

"Vice Admiral?" She called softly, placing a hand on his shoulder. The warmth of her touch broke his trance, and he blinked, looking at her with a spark of lightning dancing in his eyes.

"You alright? You look like you've lost your mind for a second."

Luffy's chuckle escaped fully this time. He tilted his head toward her, the grin on his face both mischievous and oddly comforting. "Not just alright, Kujaku… I've never been better. Today's a lucky day."

Kujaku blinked, confused, and his words and reaction, only confused her even more. He looked so damn confident, so excited in that moment, like he was already standing above the world.

Luffy suddenly slapped his hands together, startling her slightly, then threw his head back and laughed. "Oi! Since we're done here, let's have a party later! I'm in the mood to celebrate!"

The booming sound of his laughter echoed through the ruined streets, mixing with the crackle of smoldering embers.

Even though the city was still recovering from the chaos, that laugh carried weight. It was the sound of a man who had already claimed victory and looked forward to the next battle.

Kujaku exhaled softly, shaking her head, a small smile tugging at her lips. 'This guy really… never stops surprising me.'

Gion rolled her eyes and spoke slowly. "Well we can celebrate later... we still have to deal with this trash."

She pointed at Orochi on the ground.

Luffy suddenly remembered about him and his mood soured again. His shadow loomed over the battered figure of Orochi.

The Shogun of Wano now lay crumpled on the ground like a broken doll. His cheeks were swollen from repeated slaps, his lips split, his fine robe torn into rags. The jeweled ornaments once adorning his hair were scattered in the dust, trampled into the mud.

Thud!

"Tch…" Luffy grumbled as he raised his foot and kicked Orochi square in the ribs.

The Shogun let out a pitiful yelp, his body curling like a worm.

"Even bastards like you can become the ruler of a country just 'cause you've got Kaido behind you." Luffy spat, shaking his head in disbelief. "Pathetic."

Orochi groaned, clutching his side. He opened his mouth as if to complain, but his swollen lips trembled. He remembered the brutal kicks, the merciless fists, the way the women carved him down without hesitation. His jaw snapped shut again with an audible clack.

Luffy crouched down, his grin sharp and merciless. "That's better. Finally acting properly… just like the coward you've always been. Heh... And to think… a bitch like you actually won against Oden? That's hilarious."

At the mention of that name, Orochi's eyes went wide, veins bulging in fear. His throat bobbed as he stammered, his voice barely more than a rasp.

"H-how… how do you…? Are you here to... t-to take revenge for him…?"

For a moment, silence hung heavy, broken only by the crackle of smoldering debris. Then Luffy burst into laughter, genuine and wild, the sound echoing across the broken square.

"Bwahahahaha! Revenge? For Oden?!" He tilted his head back, mocking. "That idiot? Why would I waste my time taking revenge for some stranger? No… I came here for Kaido. I'm gonna beat him down and use his thick hide as my personal punching bag."

The women nearby exchanged weary looks, rolling their eyes almost in unison. They were used to Luffy's shameless boasting, though a faint smirk tugged at their lips. 'Only he could say something so outrageous with that much confidence.'

Orochi's chest heaved, his mind spinning. Even in his terror, he tried to cling to scraps of hope, scraps of intimidation. 'Kaido… Kaido won't allow this… He'll...'

But before he could speak, Luffy snapped his fingers. "Binz."

Binz stepped forward without hesitation. Vines erupted from the ground, binding Orochi's limbs in thick coils like living chains. With practiced efficiency, Luffy and Binz tied the Shogun to a wooden pole, hoisting him upright like a criminal on display.

"Perfect." Luffy muttered, brushing the dust off his hands. His grin widened as he leaned close to Orochi, whispering something only the Shogun could hear.

Orochi's face drained of color, his pupils shrinking in horror.

Then Luffy beckoned Ain. He bent toward her ear, whispering swiftly. Ain's eyes widened slightly, then she nodded once, vanishing as she activated Soru, disappearing into the city.

Realization dawned on Orochi. His composure shattered. He wailed, thrashing against the seastone cuffs that bit into his skin. "N-no, wait! Mercy! Mercy, I—I can pay you! I can make you rich! Kaido will never forgive this! You'll bring ruin upon yourselves! The World Government... yes! Even they! They're buyers of my weapons! You'll be making enemies with the world itself!"

His words tumbled out like sewage, spilling every secret, every betrayal he had kept hidden for years.

Gion's smile vanished, her eyes narrowing sharply and Doll clenched her fists, her jaw tight.

"So it's true," Doll muttered, voice low with disgust. "The World Government's hands are in this filth too."

Orochi's words had meant to intimidate, but instead, they revealed his treachery.

Luffy, however, only tilted his head with a crooked grin.

"You talk too much, worm." He gave the pole a mocking slap. "Don't worry, you'll still get your big moment."
