Marine Branch – Midday
The afternoon sun blazed high over the Marine Branch in West Blue, its golden rays casting long shadows over the training ground. The sound of clashing swords, gunfire, and fierce combat training filled the air as marine recruits diligently followed their daily routine.
But inside the main office of the branch, it was a far different story.
The office, which once exuded a professional atmosphere filled with unrelenting discipline, was now… a den of unrestrained seduction.
And the culprit behind it all was Monkey D. Luffy.
The heavy mahogany door was shut, and behind it sat the most unexpected sight one could imagine.
Luffy, the prodigious Rear Admiral, was comfortably seated in the grand chair meant for the branch's commanding officer. His trademark mischievous smirk graced his handsome face as he leaned back, his arm resting on the back of the chair.
Nestled snugly on his lap, straddling him like she belonged there, was none other than Hina — the fierce and authoritative Commander of this very branch. Her slender figure, wrapped in her fitted Marine uniform, did little to hide her hourglass curves. Hina's back rested against his solid chest, her head occasionally tilting back to steal a kiss, and her voice was filled with a mix of sultry affection and playful submission.
Luffy's left hand was groping her plump ass without restraint, his fingers kneading her flesh in circular motions as though it was his property — and in truth, it was.
His touch was so possessive, so natural, that Hina barely registered any shame anymore. She had fallen far too deep.
Occasionally, he gave it a sharp slap, causing her to moan quietly in surprise.
Smack~!
"Ah~!" Hina bit her lower lip, squirming a bit in his lap as Luffy's palm delivered a playful spank to her rear.
"Luffy~! Why are you always like this...?" She pouted, but the glimmer of enjoyment in her eyes betrayed her words.
Luffy chuckled, his sharp teeth flashing. "Like what, Hina?"
His thumb traced slow, teasing circles on her clothed skin. "You mean spoiling you like the little minx you are?"
"Hmph..." Hina scoffed, her tone dripping with fake annoyance. "Hina thinks Luffy enjoys bullying her too much."
"Damn right I do," Luffy grinned, his hand suddenly delivering another sharp smack that made Hina arch her back slightly. "Your reactions are way too cute. Like seriously..."
"Nngh~! S-stop it..." She whined, wriggling a bit in his lap. "What if someone comes in?"
"They won't," Luffy yawned. "I ordered the sailors not to bother me unless the branch was under attack. Besides..."
His hand slipped up her waist, brushing along her smooth skin beneath her coat. "If anyone sees you like this... I bet they'll die from jealousy anyway."
Hina felt her heart flutter at his words.
"Mmm... Such a shameless man," She muttered, resting her head against his shoulder. "But Hina doesn't hate it..."
"Damn right you don't," Luffy laughed and planted a quick kiss on her neck, making her shiver. "You're practically addicted to me now."
"Tch..." Hina tried to roll her eyes, but her thighs clenching against him gave away her inner desire. "Hina is not addicted..."
"Oh?" Luffy grinned slyly, his hand once again delivering a crisp smack! on her rear. "Then why do you keep coming back for more, huh?"
"Agh~!" Hina whimpered, glaring down at him. "Luffy..."
"Admit it," Luffy teased, his hand subtly tracing up her inner thigh. "You're already mine. You're addicted to my touch... my kisses... my voice..."
His thumb grazed the skin beneath her shirt, dangerously close to something forbidden. "Aren't you, Hina?"
"Mmmph..." Hina clenched her fists. "Damn you..."
She suddenly lunged forward, pressing her lips firmly onto his, her tongue immediately slipping inside his mouth.
"Mmm! Hina...?!" Luffy's eyes widened as she kissed him with a hunger far different from before. Her hands gripped his face, her body grinding ever so slightly against him. "Nngh... D-damn woman..."
The kiss broke with a lewd string of saliva connecting their mouths. Hina's face was flushed deep red, her chest heaving.
"Hina hates how much she wants you..." She admitted breathlessly. "But she can't stop..."
"Heh..." Luffy grinned, his voice husky. "Told you so."
Smack~!
"Ahn~!" Hina gasped as his palm collided with her rear once again. "Luffy... you're impossible..."
"And you love it."
Just as Hina was about to pull him into another kiss, the Den Den Mushi on the table suddenly rang.
"Tch... seriously?" Hina groaned, glaring at the snail. "Hina doesn't want to answer it..."
"Heh... too bad," Luffy chuckled, his grip still firmly on her rear. "You're still a commander. Answer it, woman."
Hina grumbled under her breath before begrudgingly picking up the receiver. "Commander Hina, speaking."
"Hina! This is Fleet Admiral Sengoku."
Hina froze. "...Ah...! F-Fleet Admiral!"
She immediately sat upright, trying to regain her composure — but her flushed face and disheveled clothes betrayed her situation.
"Where's Rear Admiral Luffy?" Sengoku's voice boomed. "I need to speak with him."
Hina immediately turned to Luffy, her expression screaming 'What do I do?!'
Luffy smirked lazily.
"Give it here," He said.
Reluctantly, she passed the transponder to him. Luffy placed it to his ear. "Yo, Old Man."
"Luffy!" Sengoku's voice was exasperated. "Where the hell have you been?! You've been gone for a month!"
"Training Hina," Luffy answered lazily, his hand still teasing Hina's waist. "What do you want?"
"Get your ass back to Marineford! You've had your fun!"
"Tch..." Luffy frowned. "And if I don't?"
"...Then I'll send Garp to drag you back."
"..." Luffy's eye twitched. "I'll be there in a few days."
"Good." Sengoku's tone softened slightly. "And bring Hina with you. I'm transferring her to Headquarters."*
Hina's eyes widened. "W-what?!"
"You heard me," Sengoku continued. "With your progress in Haki and combat skill... you're wasted here. Report to Marineford with Luffy."
Before Luffy could even respond, Sengoku cut the call.
There was a momentary silence before Hina's excited voice echoed.
"YESSSSS!!" Hina practically tackled Luffy, wrapping her arms around his neck and kissing him fiercely. "Hina gets to stay with you!!"
"Mmmph! Woman, calm down...!" Luffy laughed as her excitement overwhelmed him. "You're acting like a teenager."
"Hina doesn't care!" She kissed his jawline, her body squirming excitedly. "Hina doesn't want to be apart from you anymore..."
"Heh..." Luffy grinned. "Well, lucky you. You're stuck with me now."
"Mmm..." Hina giggled happily, peppering his neck with kisses. "Hina will make sure you never regret it."
"Yeah?" Luffy smirked and spanked her again.
Smack~!
"Aah~!"
"Then you better be a good girl from now on."
"Mmmph... Luffy is too mean..." Hina whined. "But Hina loves it..."
