It craved dominance, seeking to consume all light and plunge the cosmos into eternal void.
In response, light chose a champion—a warrior imbued with its pure essence—to stand against the growing threat. This warrior, destined to battle the shadows, was tasked with preserving the balance. But as eons passed, a powerful force emerged from the depths of the dark—a shadowy knight wielding unimaginable power. This Dark Knight, born of pure darkness, effortlessly defeated light's chosen warrior, leaving light on the brink of despair.
As a final plea, light sought aid from the Elder God—the primordial being who had birthed both light and darkness at the dawn of creation. Understanding the dire consequences of unchecked darkness, the Elder God devised a desperate plan. They created a parallel universe, a prison capable of containing the darkness and the Dark Knight.
In a final, catastrophic battle, light and its warrior sacrificed everything to trap the darkness within the parallel universe. By merging their powers, they ascended, becoming a singular deity—the Light God, the protector of the universe. With their newfound divinity, they sealed the Dark Knight and the darkness forever behind a gate, ensuring the safety of existence.
But the battle left its mark on reality itself. The clash of powers fractured the fabric of the universe, spawning countless parallel worlds. To further protect the sealed gate, the Light God divided itself into four elemental children—Fire, Water, Earth, and Air. These elemental beings became the keys to safeguarding the gate and preserving the fragile balance of the cosmos.
Yet, as the universe expanded, so too did the influence of the dark. From the cracks in reality, dark universes emerged, each driven by the same insidious desire: to shatter the seal and consume all creation until nothing remained.
Thus, every thousand years, the Light God chooses a warrior to rise and defend the keys, to safeguard the universe from threats both known and unknown.
