"Felix, have you played games before?"
"Games?" Felix blinked. "Yeah. Why?"
"That's my Path," Neo said calmly. "You kill monsters, you train your skills, you level up, you gain new classes, you learn new abilities, you master them, and then you gain new skills. It works like that."
Felix froze, staring at him.
The explanation sounded simple, and childish, but at the same time it ignored the rigid restrictions that bound every known Path.
"No way… is that actually true!?"
Her voice carried disbelief but also growing excitement.
Neo nodded without hesitation.
Her breath quickened as she thought about what that meant.
It was a- no, the Perfect Path.
Neo, however, knew there was a lot he needed to do to perfect his Path.
The gene limit still existed for Felix and the others who were born in this Cosmos.
He hadn't found a way to give them the Heavenbreaker gene yet.
But Sacred Treasures could still be used to break through those gene limits.
