Or should he keep his distance, because he was still searching for Elizabeth?
And what if she wasn't Moraine? What if he was wrong? Her Intent was nothing like Moraine's. Nothing like King Morgan's either.
Neo reached her door and stopped.
His headache, which had been with him since before, was strangely gone.
He stood in front of the door with a calm mind, and yet his hands hesitated.
A part of him wanted answers, but another part whispered that not knowing might hurt less.
Still, he lifted his hand and knocked.
Silence stretched on.
