When Luciel heard the screams, he immediately thought that there was trouble. And even though he was reluctant to deal with trouble again, as he had just dealt with troublesome people, he still immediately looked toward those who were screaming, as they certainly wouldn't just scream for no reason.
When he looked at those who had screamed, he saw that they were looking at the sky, so he also looked up in the direction where they were staring and saw dark shapes in the sky getting nearer to the base.
Looking at the shapes in the sky, they were obviously birds, just like the ones that had attacked the base a few months ago.
He understood why some people had screamed after seeing those shapes in the sky again, as they were probably reminded of what had happened before.
Luciel looked at the shapes and quickly noticed that the flock was actually divided into two. A smaller shadow was in front, while the shadow at the back was a bit farther away but obviously larger.
