"Is that so? Hehe."
Noah didn't mind sharing the opened bottle and took a drink himself. It had to be said—the wine personally brewed by Barbatos truly deserved its reputation as the finest in the entire Teyvat Multiverse.
"Not bad."
After taking a large gulp, he wiped the corner of his mouth with the back of his hand and turned his gaze toward the gathered group.
Their feelings toward him remained unchanged—just as deep as before.
Through all the years they'd spent together, though their ranks were worlds apart, the bond of friendship between them remained strong.
They were both superiors and subordinates—and also friends. Those two things did not conflict.
Venti, seeing that Lord Heavenly Principle didn't dislike his wine, smiled cheerfully. "Lord Heavenly Principle, aside from dandelion wine, I've also brewed a few other fruit wines."
Noah smiled with narrowed eyes. "Don't worry. I've already taken the ones you hid away—I'll savor them slowly. Your efforts won't go to waste, Barbatos."
Venti's heart skipped a beat. His divine sense instantly returned to Mondstadt, and his expression turned pale.
What the—my wine! It's all gone!
Those were the bottles I buried back in Windrise when I first came to this world! That's nearly thirty thousand years of aging!
I hadn't even taken a single sip!
Venti forced a smile. "As long as You like it, Lord Heavenly Principle…" Sob… my wine…
Noah patted him on the shoulder. "Ah, don't worry, I didn't drink for free."
"Here, take this."
A seed of Multiversal Will appeared within Venti's body.
Venti's eyes widened. "Th-this is—!"
Even his divine soul trembled violently.
This power… this feeling… was utterly incomprehensible—beyond understanding or imagination!
"Hm? That?"
The aura of the Multiversal Will Seed wasn't something Venti could possibly conceal at his current level. Everyone present immediately sensed it.
At the same time, immense amounts of information about the multiverse and its fundamental truths flooded their minds.
This was Noah adjusting their comprehension of the multiverse's foundational structure.
Once one reached the Super-God level, they could begin to grasp knowledge pertaining to the Primeval Gods.
The Super-God realm corresponded to the strong single-universe to super single-universe tier.
The Primeval God realm encompassed the multiversal structure to weak multiversal tier.
The Super-Primeval God realm extended from standard multiversal to limitless.
Raiden Makoto was stunned. "A Multiversal Will Seed?"
Neuvillette frowned. "This…?"
Nahida, however, was not particularly surprised. Her connection to Buer allowed her to understand these truths earlier—ever since Teyvat ascended into the multiversal level.
She simply hadn't told her colleagues yet.
Nahida explained calmly, "During the Solar Sovereignty Gift Game, Teyvat had already annexed a super single-universe world and the Tree and Sea. Now, Teyvat is truly a multiverse."
"However, because our ranks differ too greatly, we haven't sensed the transformation ourselves."
Athena nodded slowly, recovering from her shock. "So that's how it is…" She lifted the Solar Sovereignty fragment in her hand. "Then this Solar Sovereignty, bound so closely to the world's essence, must have risen to multiversal level as well?"
Aether nodded. "Indeed. I noticed that earlier."
Suddenly, Lumine appeared, gazing at Noah with a mixture of complaint and helplessness. "Hey, Lord Heavenly Principle! You made such a huge change, and I didn't even know! I'm the Lord of Law, you know!"
Noah replied impatiently, "You, the Lord of Law—do you even understand your own strength? The title doesn't equal power."
Though the Lord of Law was a Primeval God position, it only carried meaning because he had personally granted it.
And he never bestowed direct strength. If one wished to grow stronger, they had to rely on their own effort.
Lumine huffed, pouting. "I already have the strength of a thousandfold single-universe. I'm close to the ten-thousandfold standard of the super single-universe."
Noah rolled his eyes. Lumine might be diligent as a Lawbearer in name, but in practice, she spent more time enjoying life than upholding order.
After all this time, the number of great universes she'd developed remained the same.
"Alright, enough. Now that Teyvat has ascended to the multiversal level, all of you—my earliest companions—will not be treated unfairly."
"Normally, according to the standard ascension process, you'd only come into contact with Multiversal Will after reaching the super single-universe realm. Only then would you begin preparing to ascend as Primeval Gods."
"However, considering that your growth would be far too slow this way, you wouldn't be able to match the status of the Lords of your Divine Collectives."
"Therefore, I'm giving you in advance what's required to ascend as Primeval Gods."
"The Seeds of Multiversal Will."
"Use your own will to continuously nourish the Seeds of Multiversal Will. When the seeds finally break through their shells and sprout—that will be the moment you open the path to the Primeval God realm."
Zhongli extended his hand toward the floating Seed of Multiversal Will before him.
"Primeval Gods, quasi-multiversal in level, becoming part of the eternal Will of the Multiverse itself."
"So, without realizing it, we've already begun to approach our destination," he murmured.
Focalors smiled. "Since we've reached the Multiverse, it's only natural that our strength would approach its final limit."
"But the path of divinity never truly ends."
Venti took a deep breath, his teal eyes shining. "The grand Multiverse… I really want to go explore it right now."
To think—once upon a time, he couldn't even imagine having the chance to touch the multiversal level.
And now, Lord Heavenly Principle had granted it to him directly.
He didn't dwell on how far Lord Heavenly Principle had transcended—that wasn't something he could or should ponder.
The gods each held their Seeds of Multiversal Will as the aura of the multiverse began to spread outward.
In that instant, their consciousnesses ascended infinitely, transcending the main universe. Endless great universes filled their awareness.
It was only a fragment of the Multiverse—merely a corner. Yet to the Multiverse, even that corner was but a drop within a boundless ocean.
After a brief moment of daze, they all returned to themselves.
Noah clapped his hands. "Alright, you can explore these powers in depth later. For now, there's something important I must announce."
"The Solar Sovereignty War has officially concluded. The remaining five fragments of Solar Sovereignty will scatter throughout the Cosmic Sea and operate autonomously."
"Therefore, those five fragments will be left for the gods of the divine collectives to find within the Cosmic Sea. It's also an opportunity for other gods—a chance for the lesser collectives as well."
The Seven Archons exchanged glances but voiced no objections.
Indeed, it wouldn't be fair for all benefits to go solely to the Seven Divine Collectives.
At present, among the Eight Divine Collectives, only the Solar King's Collective lacked any fragment of Solar Sovereignty. The other seven already possessed two each—some even three.
Noah continued, "Next, we'll begin annexing the final two worlds."
"These last two worlds are both multiversal-level worlds."
"A multiversal-level world!"
Both Aether and Lumine exclaimed in shock, and even Zhongli and Venti widened their eyes—only Nahida remained calm.
They were no longer ignorant of what a multiversal world represented. Having just received the Seeds of Multiversal Will, they clearly understood what such a realm entailed.
Obtaining the Seed of Multiversal Will was merely receiving the key to ascension into the multiversal level—the door, however, still needed to be created by themselves.
They had to first reach the absolute limit of the super single-universe level to have the qualification to forge that door.
Beyond that door lay the Multiversal Ladder—similar to the Ladder of Godhood.
With every step climbed, their power would increase exponentially.
Reaching the peak of the super single-universe realm, they would forge the door; and once the door was completed, they could begin comprehending the Multiversal Will.
Only after grasping the Multiversal Will would the Seed of Multiversal Will manifest.
Then, by using their own will to nurture the Seed, their consciousness would gradually merge with Multiversal Will.
When Multiversal Will first emerged within them, they would enter the quasi-multiversal stage.
And when they completely transformed into true embodiments of Multiversal Will, they would become one of the Wills of the Multiverse itself—reaching the multiversal structure tier.
Once one reached that point, they had practically arrived at the end.
To progress even further, their Multiversal Will would have to become one of the fundamental Wills of the Teyvat Multiverse.
At present, only four such Wills existed—Life, Death, Time, and Space.
Among them, only Aether understood that he alone might reach that level.
The others lacked the confidence; their Wills—Freedom, Wisdom, Contract, Justice, Compassion—were not of the same importance as Life, Death, Time, or Space.
However, that was not the concern of the moment.
Now, their focus was on the two multiversal worlds.
Since Lord Heavenly Principle mentioned them, it clearly meant they were to be conquered.
Yet their current power was still limited. Even Lumine, the strongest among them, possessed only the power of one thousand great universes—roughly a mid-tier Super-God.
Low-tier Super-God: double single-universe to hundredfold single-universe.
Mid-tier Super-God: hundredfold single-universe to ten-thousandfold single-universe.
High-tier Super-God: ten-thousandfold single-universe to countless great universes.
Aside from Lumine, the others were still at the low-tier Super-God level. Against an entire multiverse, they were but small pebbles tossed into an endless sea—incapable of creating even the faintest ripple.
Noah smiled. "Don't worry. When have I ever given you a task you couldn't accomplish?"
"Every mission I've assigned has been a complete sweep."
"And this one is no different."
Furina tilted her head in confusion. "A complete sweep? But it's a multiverse! How could we possibly sweep through that with our current strength?"
Nahida blinked, her fingers tapping lightly against her lips. "Could it be that this multiverse has only just been born—or perhaps lacks a Lord or Sustainer like the Sustainer of Heavenly Principle or Lord Heavenly Principle?"
Zhongli crossed his arms. "Since Lord Heavenly Principle called it an easy conquest, that multiverse must indeed lack any true powerhouses. Even if it does have some, they would surely be weaker than us."
Noah raised his hand, and in that moment, the information of Little Garden flowed directly into their minds.
Originally, he had planned to target Type-Moon first.
But with Teyvat already ascended to a multiverse, there was no longer any need to bother with Type-Moon—a mere super single-universe world. Instead, he simply anchored it with multiversal force.
The Type-Moon world offered no resistance whatsoever, dragged toward Teyvat despite its struggles. Even if it resisted, it was futile.
Had it possessed a Lord or a Sustainer, not even a multiverse could pull it directly. Unfortunately, it had none. Its strongest being was only at double single-universe level—equivalent to Space Ishtar, who had just reached the threshold of the Super-God realm.
Thus, Noah decided to move on and target Little Garden.
"A multiverse whose strongest being hasn't even reached double single-universe level? That's unbelievable," Furina said in disbelief.
Nahida shook her head. "Not entirely. There are existences within it that have reached the quasi-multiversal level."
Zhongli nodded thoughtfully. "According to general theory, that End Emptiness is not truly a lifeform at all—but rather a form of unconscious mechanism."
Venti tilted his head in curiosity. "Doesn't anyone else think that Little Garden world feels quite similar to our Teyvat? That divine playground of gods and Buddhas called Little Garden is almost identical to our Supreme Divine Realm in four or five classifications."
Neuvillette nodded. "Indeed, there are similarities—but all of them are weaker forms. In fact, many even feel like crude imitations."
"Especially their view of human history—the eternal debate on whether humans were created by gods or whether gods were born from human faith."
"Such a paradox does not exist in Teyvat—or rather, it was answered long ago."
Nahida added softly, "Also, that concept of humanity having to undergo a 'final trial' to ensure the continuation of human history—that doesn't exist in Teyvat either."
Zhongli shook his head. "The Little Garden is essentially a convergence point of such paradoxes—binding humans, gods, and astral beings together atop a contradiction. It's like roasting them over open flame. Once any issue arises, it could trigger catastrophe across countless worlds—mass human extinction and the fall of innumerable gods."
"It's irresponsible toward humanity—and equally irresponsible toward the divine."
Noah smiled faintly. "That's not entirely wrong. After all, that multiverse was born not long ago, and it carries some internal flaws that prevent the natural emergence of stronger existences."
"Given a few trillion years, such issues could be resolved."
"Anyway, all you need to do is handle the strong beings of the Little Garden world. The rest isn't for you to worry about."
As he spoke, with a wave of his hand, more than a dozen golden keys appeared before them.
"There's no need to rush into conflict with a multiverse. The process isn't one of conquest, but of fusion—so no battles are necessary."
"Moreover, since the two universes share similar essences, the fusion can proceed quietly, without disturbance."
"All you need to do is make contact with the gods there—perhaps play a few games or exchange greetings—and your influence will naturally spread across their known universes."
"You can go whenever you wish, and you may bring as many members of your Divine Collectives as you like. There are no restrictions."
Noah smiled as he spoke.
That one word—'unrestricted'—made the gathered gods widen their eyes in shock.
