Above the Multiversal Narrative Layer, with a single thought, Noah restored everything.
All things returned to the moment before the cosmic sea had gone dark.
"At this moment… my heart feels so calm…"
Noah slowly closed his eyes. When he opened them again, a single thought reshaped the entire multiverse.
The barrier of Teyvat shattered and dissipated, merging with that of the former Tree and Sea.
In his mind, all that had once belonged to Teyvat now gathered at the center of the cosmic sea. The Teyvat cosmic sea and the Tree and Sea's ocean of worlds fused completely.
Yet, there was a fundamental difference between them—Teyvat's cosmic sea was a Dimensional Gap, while the Tree and Sea's was the Ocean of Existence and Void.
Now, the Ocean of Existence and Void was being rapidly assimilated by the Dimensional Gap, transforming into a Dimensional Sea.
At this point, the Dimensional Sea of Teyvat differed in no way from the dimensional strata of the superdimension itself.
The only distinction now lay in its adjusted uncertainty—the entire multiverse was now capable of complete interconnection.
Of course, this interconnection was not something ordinary beings could enjoy.
Previously, within the superdimension, any being of the rule level—a god of law—could leave their world. However, if they remained outside too long, they would be corroded into nothingness.
Now, within the reformed Teyvat Multiverse, such corrosion would no longer occur.
This meant that any being who reached the level of a True God could freely traverse the Dimensional Sea.
The once blue-gray Dimensional Sea now shimmered in a dreamlike gradient of violet and crimson.
"To resist the alterations of the narrative layer… only weak multiversal beings and true Super-Primeval Gods are capable of such."
Noah looked down at the Multiversal Narrative Layer beneath his feet, then closed his eyes slowly.
At this moment, only five within the Teyvat Multiverse could remain unaffected by the narrative layer's rewriting: Phanes, Ophis, Mio, Dream, and Buer.
Even so, their immunity was relative—they were unaffected by narrative adjustments, but a narrative-level annihilation would still erase them instantly.
...
Phanes, Ophis, Buer, Mio, and Dream—all five of them saw Noah charge into the will-cloud.
In the next instant, their vision turned to pure white—everything vanished. From the abyssal black of ruin to the blankness of nothing.
Then, all the white vanished too, replaced by the resplendent brilliance of the cosmic sea.
Countless universes moved in perfect order within that boundless ocean.
The once shattered, illusionary Teyvat had returned anew.
It was as if they had merely dreamed—that nothing had ever changed.
Finally, they witnessed Teyvat's barrier dissolve, merging into the void. The cosmic sea of Teyvat spread like dye, assimilating the Tree and Sea's ocean completely.
At that moment, they felt it—the tremor of creation, the boundless surge of power swelling infinitely.
An endless multiverse mirrored itself within their minds.
The multiverse was ascending—sublimating infinitely, expanding without end. Cosmology itself evolved in infinite succession.
Transcending. Ever transcending. Without end…
Until it reached a certain ultimate boundary—then, crack, it crossed it.
A multiversal aura appeared briefly, then vanished in an instant.
They stood there—at the very summit of existence—beyond eternity, beyond all things.
Yet paradoxically, they returned to become one with the multiverse once again.
They were the order of the multiverse, its governors, yet also a part of it.
But they could reach no further.
They were not the will of the multiverse, nor its master.
Their power was granted by the multiverse itself. Even though they were part of it, should they defy its will, they would lose everything in an instant.
Phanes raised her gaze toward the dome of the multiverse—to the highest point, the deepest core—the unreachable Narrative Layer.
From there, the will, the master, the Heavenly Principle, the One and Only, slowly descended from an unseen throne.
"You have succeeded. You have reached the end."
In her golden eyes shimmered unending light—filled with joy beyond measure.
Ophis and Dream said nothing, only watching in silence. Their gazes, though wordless, conveyed everything.
Buer gazed at him gently, like a goddess of creation filled with quiet warmth.
In their eyes, Noah's form had changed—and yet, not changed at all.
They could only feel it—that unreachable, untouchable, incomprehensible, and unimaginable presence.
They knew well—this was the endpoint of life itself.
They, too, had reached the end—but only the end within this multiverse.
Noah, however, had reached the end of the entire superdimension.
Behind him slowly appeared a page—an endless parchment inscribed with streams of text and fragments of information. The light alone was beyond all understanding, impossible to interpret even by the gaze of gods.
"Yes… I have reached the end. And you have each reached yours. Teyvat has now become the true Supreme World."
"When I think back on my earlier declaration… I've finally fulfilled it."
The book behind Noah gradually faded as he descended from the Narrative Layer.
He returned to the same plane of existence as them.
As one who had truly reached the ultimate endpoint of life, his being could traverse all layers of existence—without restriction of any kind.
True boundlessness.
To Phanes and the others, the once-impossible distance between them and him vanished instantly. It felt as though a god had once more become mortal before their eyes.
Unconsciously, they all let out a breath of relief.
Noah extended his hands—one brushing gently against Phanes' cheek, the other against Buer's. His voice was calm, tender.
"You've worried enough."
"I am invincible. All you need to do is believe in me—forever."
Even within the superdimension, he was invincible. Even before true multiversal Super-Primeval Gods, he would remain unshaken.
He was the one and only within the entire superdimension—the beginning and the end, the cause and cycle of all that existed.
Glancing at the prismatic light within his consciousness, Noah smiled with absolute confidence.
Noah still didn't know what name to give that prismatic light.
It was the spark that had ignited the birth of the entire superdimension—the origin and conclusion of everything, the causality of endless reincarnation.
So he simply named it the Primordial Cause—the cause before the very first, more ancient than the beginning itself.
In another multiverse existed one known as Chronos, called the First Cause. He was said to be among the earliest Super-Primeval Gods born within this superdimension.
Although Noah could currently draw only a faint reflection of the Primordial Cause's power, even that made him stand among the first rank of multiversal beings.
He wasn't yet the strongest—mainly because he had only just ascended to the multiversal level.
"I really can't wait to see what kind of realm I'll reach once I fully master the Primordial Cause."
Noah could clearly feel the Primordial Cause merging with him—and the pace of this fusion was astonishingly fast.
Of course, "fast" here referred to speed on the scale of the multiverse.
He had been fortunate to encounter the Primordial Cause—but that fortune was also a form of inevitability.
The superdimension itself was trapped in endless reincarnation. Infinite multiverses were born, and after reaching a certain height, the entire superdimension would reboot.
It needed the Primordial Cause to introduce a new beginning, to create an entirely different result—to end this cycle, and grant the superdimension true liberation.
The level of existence implied by that thought was indescribable—so much so that Noah felt faintly dazed.
If his current state could be called the narrative-level multiversal realm, then what could that level beyond even this be called?
He shook his head slightly. "If I can't understand it yet, then there's no point overthinking it. I'll know when the time comes."
"For now, Teyvat has reached its end. There's nothing left to worry about—you can all pursue your own ideals freely."
"Of course, the principles themselves can never change."
Noah spoke gently as he looked at the five before him.
Phanes smiled softly and shook her head. "My ideal has already been fulfilled."
"Now, even within the superdimension, we stand as beings worthy of recognition."
"And there are five of us at the multiversal level. Across the superdimension, Teyvat truly stands unique."
Ophis yawned, her expression faintly drowsy. "Ah~ I don't have any ideals. If I had to say… I just want to sleep—without anyone ever bothering me."
Noah couldn't help but chuckle, lightly pinching Ophis' cheek. "You really do love sleeping. Dream wasn't wrong to call you a sleepy dragon."
Dream crossed her arms and raised her chin slightly, clearly pleased that Noah approved of the nickname she'd given Ophis.
Ophis closed her eyes mid-sentence, murmuring, "Call me whatever you want… I just want to sleep…" and fell asleep before finishing.
Her form drifted softly, like a lotus on water, naturally radiating infinite multiversal power.
The Multiversal Narrative Layer itself trembled under that boundless force.
Her multiversal energy could even stir the layer that only Noah could rewrite. But still, it was merely a ripple—like flipping through a book. She could read the words, but never change them.
Yet under Ophis' infinite power, endless possibilities were born.
Countless planes and universes emerged with each breath she took, each dream she dreamed.
In her slumber, universes came into being naturally.
With every breath, countless newborn universes clustered densely around her, drifting outward toward the vast reaches of the cosmic sea.
Buer looked on with mild helplesness at the sleeping Ophis, whose very existence stirred such commotion.
"She really doesn't restrain her aura at all…"
But for Ophis, this was simply natural.
While asleep, she had no desire to suppress herself—she slept however she pleased.
"At this rate, with how long Ophis sleeps, this place might become the birthplace of universes within the cosmic sea," Buer remarked with a small smile.
All five of them possessed such power; even the slightest release of their energy could create entire oceans of universes.
Phanes nodded lightly. "That's true." Then, with a quiet sigh, she added:
"However… though the multiverse is infinite, the civilizations and gods within it can never keep pace with its growth."
Aside from them, the strongest beings at present were still the five Sustainers of Heavenly Principle. Their strength had advanced from quasi-super single-universe to weak multiversal.
And their power would continue to grow—endlessly approaching the multiversal level.
But only approach it; they could never truly cross that boundary. Only the incarnations of Truth could ascend to full multiversal status.
Still, weak multiversal was already more than enough.
Noah looked at Phanes with an amused smile. "You really can't stay idle, can you—even after reaching the multiversal level?"
A multiversal world could never encounter instability; it was the true definition of perfection.
He could, if he wished, rewrite the narrative layer itself, instantly elevating all the divine collectives to match the power of a multiversal world.
But he believed firmly that virtue must match position. The gods had not yet contributed enough to the multiverse—how could they deserve such rewriting?
Better they ascend step by step, earning their strength through their own efforts.
The highest potential of a divine collective's ruler was the quasi-multiversal realm.
That meant beings such as Zhongli and Venti could, at most, reach quasi-multiversal status.
Despite the "multiversal" in the name, quasi-multiversal was not truly multiversal. A weak multiversal being was multiversal; a quasi-multiversal one merely brushed against a fragment of multiversal Truth, lacking its essence and power.
The second tier of gods—those below the divine collective rulers—could reach only the peak super single-universe level.
Even the Lords of Law/Principle could rise only to quasi-multiversal.
As for systems outside the divine collectives, their peak was the super single-universe level.
Those who were not Lords of Law/Principle, no matter their system, could reach no higher than the super single-universe tier.
The difference was merely one of degree—low, middle, or high super single-universe.
...
Teyvat's ascension to a multiversal world occurred quietly, without sound or ripple. Aside from Phanes, Ophis, Mio, Dream, Buer, and Asmoday, no other god was aware.
At the core of the cosmic sea—the region that had once been Teyvat—everything seemed unchanged.
The main world's strength remained at the super single-universe level, though it was slowly increasing, soon to become a peak super single-universe.
A single great universe's density could only reach that much; after all, it now existed within a multiverse. Even if it grew further, it would merely begin internal division—forming an inner multiverse.
Its fundamental mass would remain super single-universe in essence, though tinged now with a trace of multiversal Truth.
At the center of the main universe—
Beneath Celestia, within the Supreme Divine Realm—
the Solar Sovereignty War had already entered its seventeenth round.
That meant seventeen fragments of Solar Sovereignty already had new masters.
The contest now was for the remaining fragments, and the war had reached its most intense, fevered phase.
Disguised as an ordinary god, Noah stepped into the arena, glancing around.
High-ranking gods from every divine collective stood watching, some glaring in fury, others breathing hard as they cheered for their leaders.
Shouts, roars, and cries of excitement filled the entire divine realm.
It was almost indistinguishable from a grand world tournament in the mortal realm.
