Aria's eyes widened when the chains that were about to bind Gale were suddenly deflected by the claws of a brown werewolf that appeared out of nowhere and blocked her from ever reaching Gale. He was a bit smaller in his werewolf form than Gale, but he was still bigger than most werewolves she had seen.
On top of that, she was utterly shocked because this werewolf could easily deflect the gluttony chains, which meant his claws had the same hardness as Gale's claws.
"STAY AWAY FROM MY KING!"
Aria paused for a moment and asked, "Who are you?"
"I am Rock Silverfang, the Beast King's original beta," Rock replied. He bared his fangs and unsheathed his claws, ready to fight. "And I am here to protect my King!"
Aria gritted her teeth. She didn't know where this wolf came from. She was sure this man wasn't here the whole time until he decided to just pop out like magic and started defending Gale.
