"Nobles can use their power to manipulate the regulations, creating a mutual relationship with the merchants.
"There were also people from the dark world, doing all the dirty things for them. This group was so influential that they had become a thorn in the government's eye.
"As you can see, there are only two nations on this continent. Empire in the west, dynasty in the east.
"This group was able to control both of them from the shadows. Obviously, the ruler didn't like it. Even in their own empire or dynasty, they could see an elite circle.
