Momousagi lay lightly against Kaguya, her skin still tinged with a flushed pink from the intensity of earlier activity. Beads of fragrant sweat glistened under the cool moonlight.
"They've made their decision—they're proposing you become the leader of the World Government," Momousagi whispered into her ear, voice brushing softly, "Aren't you even a little tempted?"
Kaguya pulled her close and smiled. "They can find someone else. I don't want the position, and I'm not suited for it either. A role like that should be held by someone older and more experienced."
"Older?" Momousagi propped herself up, her alluring figure swaying slightly, with no intention of hiding anything. "Those guys are all pushing for you."
"Pushing hard?" Kaguya sneered, a flicker of disdain in her eyes. "They're just afraid I'll seek revenge later."
Most of the officials in the World Government were aligned with the Five Elders. Those who weren't had long since been purged. Now that the Five Elders were dead, their influence had collapsed as well. And those who had once criticized Kaguya as ruthless and violent were now suddenly praising her and condemning the Five Elders.
Those same people who once cursed her now turned on the old regime, accusing the Five Elders of tyranny while tearfully professing their regret. Anyone uninformed would be utterly baffled.
In truth, it was simple: as former lackeys of the Five Elders, they were the most eager to distance themselves. Otherwise, they'd be the first to be purged next.
To save themselves, they worked even harder to prove their "loyalty." It was no different than how certain traitors during wartime were even more vicious than their conquerors—just a desperate bid to appease the powerful.
Such was the nature of power and fear.
"That might be true, but even Sengoku and Garp agreed with the proposal," Momousagi said with a playful blink, her hand beginning to wander.
Kaguya caught her roaming hand and said, "Don't assume those two old men are so righteous. They're worried about Dragon and his Revolutionary Army. If I stay in power, the revolutionaries won't make a move. But if I leave, with their momentum, they might just take down the current regime. A clever play on their part."
"So what do you plan to do about Dragon?" Momousagi asked, eyes gleaming. "With your personality, I doubt you'll just let them be."
"Dragon's army is a mix of all sorts—nothing more than a mob. For the World Government, they're a minor itch. Unless they have true experts among them, even Dragon can't shake the balance of the world," Kaguya said. "I have no interest in them."
"No interest?" Momousagi blinked her pretty eyes, casting a flirtatious glance. "Then what are you interested in?" she whispered close to Kaguya's ear. "Like that one outside—interested in her?"
They had long sensed a faint presence outside the room. Though she had tried to hide herself, how could she escape Momousagi's awareness?
A sly smile curled at Kaguya's lips.
Outside the bedroom, Hancock leaned against the wall, her face flushed, a sheen of sweat on her forehead. She bit her sleeve, eyes dazed, one hand pressed to her chest, kneading herself hard.
But it was no use. It only teased the fire burning inside her. The more she listened to the sounds from inside, the more intense her yearning became, until it was almost unbearable.
Since her argument with Kaguya last time, Hancock had regretted it. She wanted to make amends, but her pride kept getting in the way.
When Hancock heard that Kaguya had returned, she was the first to rush to her residence. But what she hadn't expected was to be greeted by the sounds coming from inside. Her heart burned with jealousy. She had initially wanted to leave, but the sounds seemed to carry some kind of irresistible magic, making her freeze in place.
Suddenly, the door swung open. Startled, Hancock jumped up, but her body was still weak and unsteady, causing her to stumble slightly.
A hand reached out, grabbing her by the collar like a kitten and pulling her inside. With a casual toss, Hancock landed on the soft bed, her body bouncing slightly on impact.
"You—"
Hancock gasped in shock, trying to rise. But before she could, her wrist was pinned down. Looking up, she saw Momousagi smiling playfully at her.
"Let me go!" Hancock's face turned bright red. She had never felt so humiliated.
Kaguya chuckled from the side. "Hold her down. There'll be a reward for you later."
"Yes, Master," Momousagi threw her a flirtatious wink. "You said it."
"You two—!"
Before Hancock could finish, Kaguya grabbed her collar and tore it open with a rip, shredding her clothes and revealing flawless, snow-white skin. Under the moonlight, her trembling form looked especially enticing.
"W-Wait—" Hancock tried desperately to cover herself, but her wrists were pinned. Her tall, elegant frame twisted and struggled, only making the scene even more provocative.
"Spying from outside? You'll need a proper punishment."
Finally, Kaguya leaned down and pressed against her soft body, silencing Hancock's protest…

At that moment, at Navy Headquarters—
"I didn't expect her to decline the position of World Government President. It's baffling," Garp said, holding a rice cracker and scratching his head. "Didn't everything she did lead up to this moment?"
"Idiot," Sengoku snorted. "That girl isn't as simple as you think. Even I don't know what she really wants."
"Weren't you technically her superior?" Garp said between crunches of senbei. "But what's really strange is that the Revolutionary Army seems to have halted their advance. This is the government's weakest moment. Normally, they'd strike now."
"They're just observing for now," Sengoku replied with a cold snort. He turned away and added, "He still doesn't know what Kaguya's true intentions are. If she has designs on the World Government, launching an attack now would only provoke her."
"So you're saying..." Garp paused mid-bite.
"Exactly," Sengoku's gaze sharpened. "They're waiting—for the right moment."
...
"I never expected things to end like this."
Dragon sat behind his desk, holding a fresh intelligence report. The contents left him somewhat emotional.
As the highest leaders of the World Government, the Five Elders—together with the Navy Headquarters—had always been the greatest threat to the Revolutionary Army. Their extraordinary and transcendent power made them an incredibly difficult enemy, even Dragon himself was wary of them.
This was why, throughout previous uprisings, the Revolutionary Army rarely engaged in direct confrontation with the World Government.
But who would have thought that these formidable Five Elders would vanish overnight, along with Mary Geoise itself? It was a development so shocking that even Dragon felt a touch of disbelief and solemn reflection.
"That's amazing!" Sabo exclaimed, walking up to Dragon excitedly. "Leader, now's the perfect time to launch an all-out offensive! The resistance forces in each region are ready—just give the order, and we can reclaim the cities taken by the World Government."
"No need," Dragon replied, shaking his head unexpectedly. "There's no need for that anymore."
"No need?" Sabo froze in place.
"That's right," Dragon said, lifting his gaze to the world map hanging on the wall. His voice was calm but firm. "Everything we've fought for has been to overthrow the tyranny of the World Government and liberate the suffering people. That was our founding mission—the very purpose of the Revolutionary Army."
Sabo quickly said, "But the World Government is—"
"No need to say more. I understand what you mean," Dragon interrupted with a shake of his head. "Just go. You'll understand soon enough."
Though confused, Sabo could see that Dragon's mind was made up, and he reluctantly took his leave.
A few days later, shocking news broke: the World Government had been officially dissolved. In its place, a new organization was established—the United Nations Government. But it was far more than just a name change.
Where the previous World Government had ruled from the very peak of authority—led by the omnipotent Five Elders and governing over every nation—the new United Nations Government operated under reduced power. Its leaders would now be elected by over 170 member nations, and the Celestial Dragons' privileges were formally abolished.
The announcement rocked the world. Even those with no political knowledge could sense something profoundly different. For the countless people who had suffered under the tyranny of the Celestial Dragons, it was a joyous celebration—the dawn of a new era.
And so, this day came to be known as the beginning of the New Age.
As for Kaguya, the one who single-handedly brought down the old regime, she was rightfully hailed as a hero of the people. Her popularity soared, and in the years that followed, her legacy was recorded in history. Scholars studied her story, and students were taught about her in school history classes.
Yet this great hero, idolized by the world, was currently tangled in a mess of limbs on an absurdly oversized bed.
"Seriously, doesn't that woman ever take a break?" Bonney grumbled as she sat on the sofa, chomping down on a slice of pizza. "She's a total monster."
"Miss Bonney, are you perhaps… jealous?" Monet asked with a soft smile, resting her cheek on her hand.
Bonney's face flushed red as she spat back, "Who's jealous?! She's just ruining my mealtime, that's all!" To prove her point, she took an exaggerated bite of pizza.
"Is that so?" Monet smiled knowingly but didn't press the issue. "Sometimes, a woman just has to be a little more proactive."
"But why are they here too?!" Bonney pointed to Pudding, Shirahoshi, and Nami seated on another sofa. She frowned. "Has that woman become that desperate?!"
Pudding and Nami remained calm, but Shirahoshi's face was flushed red with embarrassment.
Pudding smiled politely and said, "Sorry, it's not what you think. We're here to see Lady Kaguya for an important matter."
Bonney snorted, biting into a slice of honeydew melon. "Who knows if that's true."
"Talking behind my back? That calls for punishment."
With that familiar voice, a pitch-black portal suddenly opened beside Bonney.
A sudden sense of foreboding crept over her. Alarmed, she turned to flee—but before she could, a hand shot out from the portal and grabbed her by the back of the neck. With a surprised yelp, she was pulled in.
"Aaaahhh—!"
Before long, her cries quieted down… replaced by sounds more akin to a kitten in heat.
Pudding and Nami exchanged glances, a faint blush rising on both their faces.
And so, Kaguya's shamefully indulgent life began.
