"Rudra sir...?"
Everyone stood there in surprise and quickly walked over to him.
"Good morning, sir!" they greeted him happily.
"Good morning," Rudra replied with a gentle smile.
Radika didn't say anything.
She was surprised to see him there.
A small smile unknowingly appeared on her face.
Before she could ask anything, Sara spoke first.
"Sir, what are you doing here?"
"I just came here for a small vacation," Rudra replied calmly. "I needed a short break from work."
"Oh..." Sara nodded.
Then she suddenly asked,
"Sir, we heard that you're married. Did you come here with your wife?"
Radika immediately held Sara's hand, silently asking her to stop.
Sara looked at her in confusion.
Rudra noticed the small gesture but answered calmly.
"No. I came here alone. I just wanted to spend some time by myself."
Then he smiled lightly.
"You all enjoy your trip."
"We will, sir," Hima replied.
After exchanging a few more words, everyone returned to their rooms.
After returning to the room, Sara and Hima went to freshen up.
Meanwhile, Radika quietly picked up her phone and sent Rudra a message.
Radika:Sir, you didn't tell me you were coming to Pondicherry.
A few moments later, his phone buzzed.
Rudra looked at the message and couldn't help but smile.
I thought she would ask why I came here...
Instead, she asked why he hadn't told her.
He quickly typed his reply.
Rudra:It was a sudden plan because of work. As I told you downstairs, I thought I'd treat it as a small vacation.
Radika:Okay, sir. Then complete your work and enjoy your vacation too.
She smiled softly after sending the message.
Just then, Sara walked out after freshening up.
She noticed the smile on Radika's face.
"What is happening with you, Radika?" she asked with a teasing smile.
Radika quickly locked her phone.
"Nothing."
Sara folded her arms.
"I have a doubt."
"Doubt...?" Hima asked, looking at her curiously.
Sara shook her head.
"Not exactly a doubt... I'm just confused."
Radika looked at her.
"Confused? About what?"
"The way you held my hand downstairs when I asked Rudra sir about his wife... it was a little strange."
For a second, Radika didn't know what to say.
Then she forced herself to stay calm.
"Sara, you were asking him personal questions. We're his students, not his friends. That's why I stopped you. There's nothing strange about it."
Hima nodded immediately.
"Actually, Radika is right. We shouldn't ask sir those kinds of personal questions."
Sara raised both her hands in surrender.
"Alright, alright! I was only joking. I didn't think this much about it. I won't ask again."
Then she smiled brightly.
"Now come on... let's go have breakfast. I'm starving!"
The three of them laughed and left the room together.
While they were having breakfast, Rohan looked at everyone with excitement.
"How about we try some exciting sea activities today?" he asked.
Hima looked at him curiously.
"What kind of activities?"
"High-speed boat rides!" Rohan exclaimed. "They're so much fun."
Just then, Rudra walked into the restaurant and, while Rohan was still explaining, he quietly came over and took a seat at the table behind them.
Everyone greeted him with a smile.
"Good morning, sir."
"Good morning," Rudra replied before settling into his seat.
Sara's eyes lit up.
"That sounds amazing! Let's do it."
Radika looked a little unsure.
"Do we really have to? Can't we do something else?"
Sara looked at her with a teasing smile.
"What happened, Radika? Are you afraid of water?"
Radika immediately shook her head.
"No, I'm not."
Rudra listened silently as their conversation continued.
A few seconds later, Radika's phone vibrated.
She looked down.
Rudra:If you're not comfortable, you don't have to do it.
Radika read the message once.
Then again.
She narrowed her eyes.
Does he think I'm scared...?
A tiny spark of determination appeared on her face.
She locked her phone and looked at her friends.
"Let's go."
Sara blinked.
"What?"
"We're going for the high-speed boat ride."
Sara laughed.
"That's the spirit!"
Radika secretly glanced at Rudra.
He was calmly eating his breakfast, completely unaware that his simple message had just challenged her pride.
