At dinner, it so happened that Yueyao, Mu Qinglian, and Su Yuzhen shared a table. Since sitting down, Yueyao felt someone staring at her. Looking up, she saw Su Yuzhen and nodded with a smile at her.
Su Yuzhen's expression stiffened, and she smiled unnaturally at Yueyao.
After the lunch, everyone went back to their respective homes. In the carriage, Ma Linlin curiously asked, "Yueyao, did you really go to the manor in the countryside to recover from illness?"
Yueyao smiled and said, "Cousin, rest assured, I am unharmed."
