City A, Evening
A pitch-black night sky, a crescent moon hanging high, the stars veiled by clouds. A gentle breeze stirring the sheer curtains by the window.
"Father, you can stay in my room," said Huo Tianxing, "I'll just stay in the guest room on the second floor."
"Alright." Huo Zongtao replied through his nostrils, fairly satisfied with the arrangement.
Since birth, he had no concept of staying in a guest room.
The master of wherever he was, he was always the absolute master.
"Tianqi is staying in the second-floor guest room too," Huo Tianxing said with a smile.
"Anywhere is fine." Huo Tianqi was very accommodating.
"As for Siyu..." Huo Tianxing stood up, "Come upstairs with me, I'll show you your room."
"Alright." Huo Siyu rose to his feet, following him.
The two went upstairs; neither Huo Zongtao nor Huo Tianqi spoke.
They both knew that after twenty years apart, now was their time for whispered conversations.
