"Lianxin..."
Tang Qingxue called out three times in a row before Lianxin came to her senses, "Cousin-in-law, you were calling me?"
"What are you looking at, so absorbed? Do you know that man from earlier?"
Lianxin smiled with a bit of bashfulness, "No, not really. I just find him very strange, different from other men. Quite distant, I've tried talking to him a few times, but he ignores me."
In truth, Lianxin knew that Stephen was His Excellency the President's security consultant. She admired and respected him somewhat, and tried each time to find a chance to talk to him, but he always rejected her attempts.
"Well, people close to the President are best left alone, to avoid misunderstandings."
"Cousin-in-law, haven't you already asked the President to leave? Why is he staying around?"
"I'm not sure; anyway, don't concern yourself with it. Just focus on doing your own job well."
"Hmm..." Lianxin couldn't help glancing at Stephen a few more times...
