Yeh Huang held the steering wheel with both hands as the car quietly moved forward on the road. Long Linger sneaked a glance at his profile, then turned her gaze out the window.
"Still angry?"
He asked softly. Long Linger responded seemingly nonchalantly, "Of course not!"
A large hand landed on her leg, giving it a gentle squeeze. She let out a low exclamation and turned her head, seeing the playful smile on his lips.
"What are you doing?"
"Didn't sleep at all last night?" he chuckled.
"No, why wouldn't I have slept? I slept very soundly, okay?" Long Linger snorted lightly, taking his hand and tossing it aside. Did she seem like someone who cared that much about him?
Yeh Huang chuckled quietly and didn't tease her further, "I'm sorry about last night; it was due to something urgent!"
"Oh? It seems any urgent matter is more important than me, isn't it?"
"No, you're the most important. Tell me, where do you want to go play?"
