After Yeh Huang followed Long Linger back to the bedroom, he never mentioned anything about what happened that night. Actually, he didn't need to say anything—Long Linger could see that he seemed to be hiding something. Although she knew very well he was doing it for her good, her strong curiosity made her eager to see what was going on.
That night, she slept very restlessly.
The next day, she was startled awake by a cacophony of noises. Opening her eyes, it was already past nine in the morning. Yeh Huang had already left, and as she listened carefully, she could vaguely hear the sounds of orderly slogans from outside...
