"Haven't you heard? The First Terrorist Organization is aggressively recruiting talent, offering a comfortable work environment and good benefits as means to attract people. Their salaries, housing, and living conditions are better than many places. People with skills are naturally drawn to high-paying jobs. As far as I know, there was a large batch of new graduates recruited earlier this year. They're all drawn to the tech sector. Despite the name, they're not strictly terrorists."
