That Li Po was talking about the rules, going on and on, spitting everywhere, for a full two hours, nearly putting Xiaoxiao to sleep.
Finally, at the last moment before Xiaoxiao fell asleep, Li Po wrapped up, "Alright, that's it, remember it all?"
Xiaoxiao nodded enthusiastically, "Remembered, remembered."
She acted just like a well-behaved girl.
Granny Li glanced at her, then said, "You'll stay in this room with me tonight."
Xiaoxiao nodded again like a pecking chick, fully aware that they were watching her.
Let them keep an eye on her. Who asked her to wander to their doorstep? They needed someone who could cook fish, and she volunteered herself.
Anyone would be suspicious, which shows that the Prime Minister Residence is good at hiring people. At least it means that Housekeeper Qian and this Li Po are diligent.
Afterwards, Li Po assigned Xiaoxiao a spot, told her not to move her stuff, and so on. Xiaoxiao remembered everything.
