But she didn't completely put Karthik on the stand of criminal trial rather her mind was telling her that there was more to the story than that meets the eyes and all of it due to the glimpses of the evil smile of Jayaraj that was continued to be played in her mind.
After recording all of the testimonies the police officers went ahead to investigate further because Jayaraj and others in their testimonies had left the fate of Karthik at large.
Because they all have mentioned that they saw Karthik fleeing from that warehouse with some of the agents following behind him.
These words about Karthik let the police officers know that Karthik might be out there without being caught by the agents.
And for the police officers the kind of crimes that they know Karthik had committed had put Karthik as the most wanted and most dreaded criminal for the police officers.
So they immediately decided to search and hunt Karthik with immediate effect as a top priority for the safety of the entire city.
Once the police officers have left Jayaraj called a pandit to the perform the final rituals for the departed souls.
And just like Ravi for the next thirteen days the final rituals were held for the departed souls with proper culture and customs.

After that a month passed in which Vasundhara showed to becoming normal but Kavya remained the same.
Malini and Ria are also living in Jayaraj's house with an alibi from Jayaraj that he wants to keep them both safe from Karthik.
Bela was taking care of Kavya very well and while doing her duty of taking care of Kavya one night she went to fetch water for Kavya and her.
When Bela took out the water bottle from the kitchen she saw Jayaraj going somewhere in the middle of the night.

Bela tightened her grasp on the water bottle which with her strength started to twist and then eventually destroyed and spilling water on the ground.
It was anger and rage flowing inside Bela after she has heard the entire planning and truth about Jayaraj and Malini.
Bela has her enmity with Jayaraj but Vasundhara and Kavya have always given her the love a family which she has longed for a long time.
