The leader in black was obviously not prepared for such a swift and strong reaction from the other side. He tried to negotiate, but the Scottish Lieutenant in charge gave no opportunity, smashing the butt of a gun into his mask and then executing a standard takedown. The other soldiers rushed in like wolves, pressing gun barrels to heads, binding hands with zip ties.
The whole process took less than two minutes, and over a dozen men in black were all kneeling on the ground like tied-up dumplings.
The Lieutenant approached the still-shaken election officials, saluting: "The Security Council has ordered us to maintain order. The disruptors have been subdued, and voting may continue."
He kicked a confiscated walkie-talkie at his feet, "These things, along with the tattoos on them, seem like 'old friends' on 'loan' from Northern Ireland."
The message and footage were almost simultaneously sent back to the Edinburgh office.
