Alvarez panicked internally, forcing himself to raise his voice to feign calmness: "No! Mom, what trouble could I get into? I just want some peace! Can you stop bothering me!"
"Stop bothering you?" Marta's brows furrowed tightly, her tone turning severe, "Every time you lie, you've been like this since you were a kid! The louder you speak, the more guilty you are inside! Spill it! What's really going on?!"
"Don't force me to hit you."
Having his secret exposed by his mother and thinking about the potential leverage caught on video, Alvarez's emotions spiraled out of control in an instant.
He jumped up like a cat whose tail had been stepped on, yelling out in agitation: "I said there was nothing, so there's nothing! Aren't you guys annoying! Can you give me some space!"
