The highest rank of Enchanted was known as Special Grade. Like all Aspect Tools, they got their abilities from the exposure of an Arcana Card.
The longer they were exposed to the hands of those who bore these powerful mystical cards, the more they drank in their overwhelming power and evolved into something beyond mortal comprehension.
Unlike the lower grades which were closer to ordinary tools, or those with a higher grade, they were nothing compared to the Special tier.
They alone could compete on even footing against the released power of an Arcana Card.
For that very reason, they were scarce. Even rarer than Arcana Cards.
Up until to this point, Conrad had only ever read and heard about Special Grade Enchanted. The most prominent one being used for cleanups.
The Beyond the Veil, Mnemosyne. He had never seen it in person or in action, but its effects were very terrifying.
