The moment Penelope repeated the words out loud, the atmosphere inside the room immediately became tense. Irina's expression changed first, her brows furrowing sharply as she looked between Penelope and Electra like she was trying to decide whether Penelope was exaggerating or not. Roxana also straightened from where she had been standing, her irritation fading into visible confusion.
"Who?" Irina asked immediately, her voice sharp and serious now. "Who did she kill?"
Before Penelope could even open her mouth to answer, Electra beat her to it.
"Jella," Electra said casually while pulling her wet shirt over her head. "I killed Jella."
The room went completely silent after that.
