Ye Qiyun finally loosened her grip, causing the bedsheet to wrinkle.
The nurse tied a rubber tube around her wrist, then held her hand, gently patting the back of it. After finding the vein, she gently inserted the drip needle.
She removed the tube from Ye Qiyun's hand and placed it by her side: "Miss Ye, if you need anything, just press the emergency bell by the bedside."
"Thank you, nurse." Ye Qiyun smiled gratefully at her.
"It's our duty, no need to thank me. Rest well, I'll get back to work." The nurse picked up the medicine tray ready to leave.
Ye Qiyun hurriedly called out to her: "Nurse... did you see the man who brought me here? Do you know where he went?"
"Are you talking about Mr. Guan?" The nurse paused, "I'm not sure either, after you were brought to the ward, I didn't see him again."
