Cassie personally welcomed Xueli at the hotel entrance.
The two entered the hotel laughing and chatting, a scene completely observed by Shi Ying, who was sitting in the small bar in the public area on the first floor, waiting for business partners.
Ever since Xueli told him about the story of sponsorship and her first love, Shi Ying had looked into Cassie's background.
So Shi Ying recognized Cassie at a glance.

His subordinate immediately followed Xueli at a not too close, not too far distance.
And Shi Ying took out his phone and dialed a number.
Xueli's phone rang just as she and Cassie reached the elevator door.
She smiled awkwardly, "Sorry, I need to take a call."
