Ordinary angels do not have the qualifications to possess their own Wings of an Angel. The Wings of an Angel are not only symbols of power but also symbols of honor.
There are two ways to obtain angel wings. One is the natural emergence of Wings of an Angel after the Domain Realm. The emergence of the Wings of an Angel causes a terrifying leap in the angel's strength, similar to a martial artist possessing a domain after entering the Domain Realm, worlds apart.
Being granted Wings of an Angel before reaching the Domain Realm is almost impossibly strict in terms of conditions. Forcibly bestowing Wings of an Angel, even for the Divine System of Paradise, is a relatively difficult task.
Thus, below the Domain Realm, there are hardly any angels qualified to be granted angel wings.
Only after reaching the Domain Realm can angels have their own Wings of an Angel.
