The Wild Thorn Plains remained as barren as ever.
During the day, as far as the eye could see, it was almost endless black soil.
Out in the wild, this plain became a hunting ground.
Once in this hunting ground, any creature could become the hunter, or the hunted.
Even the black beasts, who were practically the overlords of the Wild Thorn Plains, were no exception.
Though it appeared barren, beneath the Wild Thorn Plains lay hidden numerous Celestial Demon Beasts which were fond of cool environments and stayed hidden deep underground all year round.
At night, not only did the black beasts come out to hunt, but these Celestial Demon Beasts also appeared, transforming into predators, stirring up waves of bloody slaughter across this desolate Black Soil Plain.
This has been the unchanging rule of survival on the Wild Thorn Plains for countless years.
To live here, one must adapt to its rules.
