While, Zach and Rienne were busy having fun on their little adventure, someone was actually trying to do what he was supposed to.
Unfortunately, it wasn't going so well.
Yan had made contact with the Goddess' Anvil and gotten his help. As one of the two highest representatives of the Order of Friebel, he had significant sway within the mineral community.
He had already managed to track down the location of a Heartcore Diamond for them.
"What do you mean the mine is closed?" Yan asked.
The Heartcore Diamond was lying at the bottom of a diamond mine, waiting for them. Well, it wasn't waiting for them specifically, but it was there.
Taub sighed.
"What do you think I mean when I say the mine is closed? It's closed. No one is allowed entry."
"Not even you?"
"Not even me."
"Why not?"
"It's a safety hazard."
That got Yan to stop for a split second.
