"Oh...what-" Mineta tries to ask Bakugou but gets shoved aside. "Where is she?!" Bakugou asks angrily. He walks past the front door without taking off his shoes. He turns to his right to see Azumi sitting on the couch facing him. "Bakugou? What are you doing here? Where's Hayami?" Azumi asked, confused. Mineta walks through to the living room as Bakugou slowly approaches Azumi. He shakes his head slightly as he looks at her squinting. Mineta was very confused but chose to stay where he was because he knew Bakugou would not hurt Azumi.
"Bakugou, what's going on?" Azumi asks softly as she walks towards him. She reaches her hand out to him, but he slaps it away. "You! What did you say to her?" Bakugou asks in a very terrifyingly calm tone. Azumi looks over at Mineta and slightly nods. She observes Bakugou's actions carefully as she asks him "What are you talking about, Katsuki?". Mineta waves his phone motioning that he was calling Kirishima. Azumi secretly grabs her phone and starts voice recording. "No. You don't get to call me Katsuki." Bakugou says, looking at the ground. "If you're asking about Hayami, I didn't say anything that would make you look bad" Azumi tries to reassure Bakugou.
"Lies. You're telling lies!" Bakugou says as a tear falls down his right cheek. "Why would I lie to you? What happened between you two?" Azumi asks, very confused. "Do you...like me?" Bakugou asks Azumi, looking away from her. "What? No. You already know that I don't" Azumi lies but tries to stay calm. "Why are you lying to me?" Bakugou asks as he glares straight into her eyes. "I don't understand. Why are you here asking me all these questions when I've already given you the answers a long time ago!" Azumi starts to get frustrated.
"Shut up! Shut up! All you do is lie! Why?! Huh?! Why the fuck can't you just say something truthful for once?!" Bakugou shouts, frustrated. He grabs her by her arms and shakes her. He slightly shoves her aside as he flips the living room table over. All the beer spills and the snacks that they had just bought scattered all over the floor. As Mineta turns around to talk to Kirishima on the phone, waking Kiri up, Bakugou walks towards Azumi. He shoves her up against the walk as tears fall from his eyes. "Please…." he says looking up at her. She stands there quietly as tears fall from her eyes as well. She was so scared she didn't know what to say anymore. She couldn't breathe, she could feel her chest tightening as she looked into his eyes. "WHY!!??" Bakugou sobs as he hits the wall behind her by her face. As Bakugou finishes, Mineta turns around from his call immediately, still on the line. "What the fuck, man!?" Mineta shouts, angrily.
Bakugou then stands there silently, Mineta rushes over to Azumi as he starts to notice that she is going into a panic attack. He held her hands and reminded her to take deep breaths and sit down comfortably. Bakugou was just standing there shocked and confused. "What's wrong with you? Are you doing this to avoid me? "Bakugou asks mockingly. " Hey smart ass, do us all a favor and leave, she's having a panic attack. And as her friend, is that all you say to her?" Mineta asked angrily. Bakugou gets annoyed and walks away. He pauses for a moment and looks back and says " Tch. For all I care she could disappear. It'd actually make my life easier." He then tosses a box on the floor next to them.
"I had my fun, now it's your turn. I don't care who you use that with'' and walk away. Mineta picks up the box and carefully examines it. It was the box she had given Bakugou that morning, the box of condoms. She grabs the box and tosses it in the direction Bakugou left in. She holds onto Mineta's shirt tightly as she cries and screams in pain. Kirishima walks through the door in his pajamas with Mina trailing behind him. "Where's Bakugou?" Kirishima asks, panting. "He left a couple of minutes ago" Mineta answers Kirishima as he holds Azumi closer. Mina bends down to pick up the box and looks at it. She looked over at Azumi and tears began to fall. "I'm so sorry, love. I had no clue." she says as she hugs Azumi crying. Azumi cries and sobs letting out all her feelings.
Now there are more people who know of their past. Azumi was worried, but for now she didn't care anymore. Kirishima called Bakugou's cell but had no response until he received a text from Bakugou saying "Hey, I'm trying to sleep, call me tomorrow". Kirishima was very mad, he couldn't believe that his friend, Bakugou, was capable of being so heartless to such a pure soul like Azumi. He walks over to Azumi and kneels down and pats her head as he wipes Mina's tears away with his free hand.
Mina helps Azumi stand up on her feet and walks her to the couch as Mineta comes with a glass of water. "Here, drink this," Mineta says as he holds the cup up to Azumi's lips. She took a couple of sips and thanked him. After they helped clean up Bakugou's mess, Mina and Kirishima started to head back home as it was nearly 5:00 in the morning. "Hey, Mineta can I trust you with Azumi?" Kirishima asks Mineta. "Yes, of course you can, I've been doing this since day one." Mineta answers with a very serious look. "Okay, take care of her and tell us how she is tomorrow. And don't say anything to Midoriya and Ochaco, okay?" Kirishima asks Mineta. Mineta nods as he closes the gate and walks back inside.
He walks up behind Azumi and asks, "You knew this day would come, didn't you?". She nods and hugs her knees to her chest as she sighs. She turns back and looks at Mineta with an angelic smile and says "Well, it was going to end somehow, not like it mattered much". All he could do was lean down and hug her tightly. He stayed with her in the living room until she fell asleep. He carried her up the stairs and tucked her in. He looked at her swollen eyes to her red nose. He leaned in and kissed her forehead whispering to her "Why did you put yourself in this situation, silly girl".
Azumi woke up a couple of hours later and stretched as she sighed. She looked over to her right and saw that Mineta had fallen asleep sitting on the floor. She nudged him lightly, waking him. "Azu-Chan?" he groaned as his voice sounded raspy and deep. She lifted the blanket inviting him under the covers. He gave a gentle smile as he crawled under the blanket. " Are you feeling better?" he asks her, petting her head. She nods her head as she looks up at him. "Is it weird that I think Bakugou is hurting... right now?" she asks as she twirls her fingers together. "No, it's not. It just shows you still care about him." Mineta answers.
After a couple of minutes of laying down they both get up and get breakfast at the store. The elder lady looked at Azumi and her always happy eyes slowly faded to sadness. "You are hurting" the elder lady says as she holds Azumi's face close to hers. She kisses Azumi's forehead and says to herself "I shall speak to that boy myself!". Azumi held the elder lady's arm and shook her head. "There's no need for that, he's chosen who he wants" Azumi says as she smiles.
Mineta pays for the food and jogs a little to catch up to Azumi at Kirishima's store. She had walked over to inform Kirishima and Mina that she was fine now. As she talked with Mina, she explained everything from the beginning. Mina was in full disbelief, there was so much information she didn't know before that she knew now. As the girls walked towards the front of the store to meet up with Kirishima and Mineta, they saw that Bakugou and Hayami were there.
