Kingsley remained in place for about half an hour. He didn't speak, he didn't blink, and not even a single muscle seemed to twitch. Anthony, Lucian, and Aura Nova noticed this and decided to remain far away.
The next moment, a golden burst of energy erupted from Kingsley's body for a moment. After a few minutes, his eyes finally flickered open. He sat there for a couple of seconds as though adjusting to whatever state of existence he had just been pushed into.
Kingsley rose to his feet. He stood taller at the moment, his eyes brighter, his hair almost no different from the sun itself. His muscles were thicker as veins snaked across his hands, his average face becoming the epitome of handsome.
He was not the same person he once was.
