As soon as Adele stood outside the large mansion she was shocked, she always know Hudson was rich but there is a difference between knowing and seeing. The mansion was so huge that it was easy to get lost if there were no guards guiding towards the party hall.
Adele stepped inside the hall only to notice the rich interiors reflecting and mocking her poor upbringing.The prim and polished guests moved in such a way that it felt so graceful and classy.
For a second she thought of running away and lie to Hudson that she was not feeling well and couldn't come. As she was lost in her thoughts she heard Zoey call her name.
Zoey came up all dolled and the diamonds on her neck sparkled making her look remarkable.
"Adele I couldn't believe it's you. I needed to double check because you are stealing the spotlight today ",Zoey exclaimed.
Adele looked down and forced a small smile at this moment she was truly grateful that Myra forced her to dress up.
