Ah Jiu had just finished listening to Yi Er's findings about the man injured by Wufu during the Longevity Festival. He was a guard who had already died. Then, he noticed Wufu pacing hesitantly outside the study.
With a wave of his hand, Ah Jiu dismissed Yi Er and the others. He then approached Wufu, bowed, and left.
"Why don't you come in? Aren't you cold outside?" Ah Jiu asked, pulling Wufu's cold hands into the study. "How's Royal Mother? Is she in good spirits?"
Wufu looked up at him for a moment and said, "Ah Jiu, I think I've gotten into trouble!"
"Hm?" Ah Jiu was somewhat puzzled.
Like a child who had done something wrong, Wufu stood in front of the desk with her head lowered, tapping the floor with her toes, and said, "I've made Royal Mother angry. It's possible that she might make us divorce."
"Divorce?" Ah Jiu widened his eyes. This divorce, does it mean mutual separation?
