Jie responded,
"We don't have such elixirs in the Demon Realm, but low-level demons can devour their own kind, and high-grade demons can pray to the Demon Gods to gain the powers bestowed by them..."
Lanlan raised an eyebrow at this, thinking to herself,
"With so many demons in the Demon Realm, each praying, wouldn't their Demon Gods be overwhelmed?"
It seems the Human Realm is better. The Human Race is self-reliant, we make our own recipes, gather our own herbs, refine our own elixirs, we rely on ourselves for everything, we truly hold our own fate in our hands!
Then again, looking at it from another perspective, our immortals in the Human Realm are rather selfish, so many have ascended, yet none have directly bestowed divine power. In this light, their gods do appear quite responsible!
She suddenly recalled something and asked,
"Back in the Human Realm, when your Demon God's power couldn't reach, how did you restore your power?"
