As the first attack was on Oldia, it was deemed by both the lexatric kingdom and the Noid empire to be the place where the peace treaty would be created and signed.
Whether the peace treaty was useful? Probably not, but hey it's something which is much better than nothing.
Attending the treaty were the important people of Lexatric and Sparks. Dominion being Xenophobic wouldn't help in a peace treaty so they were not invited not that they wanted to be.
First to come were people from the sparks empire, that included Leo representing the commerce and economy, Jour the deputy commander of mnster wall representing the military, Rick the bishop from the church of first flame representating the faith, and finally the count Victor representing the nobility.
From the lexatric side, there was only Gustav, the lion commander of the frontlines, representing the entire kingdom.
The last of come was from the Noid empire, in a black cahrpit driven by skeleton horses, surrounded by bone knights, he steadily made his way to Oldia.
Stepping out, what came in front of others was a normal looking skeleton with blue soul fire, wearing black robes with white linings and holding a white staff with black gem in one hand, and a black book in the other.
"The great lich, monik greets the representatives of the living."
Gustav was the first to break the silence, "do you represent the Noid empire and its king?"
Monik answered in a hoarse voice,"I am my king's trusted advisor, I am more than adequate to represent him."
"Then, what does the Noid empire have to say for the war?", Gustav yelled barely controlling his anger.
"War? I am afraid not sir, you see, this was nothing but the citizens of our empire acting on their own, we will make sure to punish those responsible for this".
Gustav gave a hideous smile drawing out his sword,"do you dare to come here with that reason?!?!".
Monik's voice was still calm and undisturbed, "I am afraid so, after all if we really went to war, you would see the true might of what is called a Calamity".
Hearing the word calamity, everyone froze, even Gustav. Simply because Calamity represented the period when a civilization has effectively reached an incredible mastery in any one thing.
There were many calamities, but the most known were three of them.
The swarm calamity, a race that constantly devours, reproduces, evolves, never ending.
The metal calamity, androids that constantly replicate, create, deplete, never stopping.
The Undead calamity, dead that constantly hunt, kill, convert never dying.
Other than that there were also several other calamities like abyss, hell, tide, frenzy, evolution etc etc.
Was Noid also a calamity? Everybody wondered but soon denied it, if Noid was a calamity, they wouldn't have won, at least not so easily., Nor would they have 'coexisted' with Noid for so long, after all calamity means destruction of civilization.
So there was only one possibility, Noid was a fragment of a Calamity that has been destroyed, considering that Monik was so arrogant, it meant that they still retained some legacy and had the potential to rise back up as a calamity.
This undoubtedly put them in a awkward position, after all, now Noid was no longer a losing party, it was a party that could not be defeated unless they sacrifice themselves and had the potential to become stronger.
After countless hourse of discussion, a treaty was finally formed.

PREAMBLE
Let all living or non living know:- the three month war between Noid empire, Lexatric kingdom, Sparks empire and Tyrant's Dominion is over.
ARTICLE - 1
Under this article, all military campaigns, attacks, necromantic incursions shall cease from this date. Failure to do so shall result in the minor curses of flame, beast , steel and decay.
ARTICLE - 2
Under this article, The undead empire of Noid shall cease control of the raven forest, and reduce its territory to its only capital city.
The Raven forest shall be divided up by the three winners equally by only setting up outposts and no cities.
ARTICLE - 3
In View of their Defeat, The Noid Empire shall return the bodies of soldiers that have been previously claimed and converted.
At the same time, it shall stop all patrols near the borders.
ARTICLE - 4
The three winners shall recognise the strength and sovereignty of Noid Empire and send 5 % of their livestock and 0.5% of their dead citizens to the Noid empire every year.
In return, the Noid Empire shall send a quarter of the mana crystals produced every year.
ARTICLE - 5
This Treaty lasts for twenty years, should it be broken by the three winners, the Undead King may open the gate of the dead. Should it be broken by the Noid empire, the Tyrant's Artillery shall RAZE Noida to the ground.
RATISFACTION:-

• Signed in Crimson ink by Deputy Commander of monster wall Jour.

And with that the treaty was signed, with all parties being satisfied, that is except for a certain glave wielding werewolf whose eyes got red with anger after getting the news.
This werewolf would soon go to the sparks capital to meet Gerald, his new friend where they will stumble upon a cafe that will forever change their destinies.
